Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Contact us if you have any product questions or an issue with your order. We are here to help & to ensure your satisfaction with our Crafteex designs & your shopping experience.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGE

Returns/Exchanges NOT accepted on items like stickers, bookmarks, and frames. Be sure to check your color selection, and sizing before completing checkout. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

For returnable items, you must contact us first for return authorization within 7 days. Email: contact@crafteex.com for instruction.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If the customer raises a return or exchange request for a product with no defects, we will not be liable to initiate a refund or replacement. For example, the customer is looking for a different size, or different color of the product and raises a return or exchange request.

If you have received a defective item and would like to return/exchange –

  • The defect needs to be communicated to us within 7 days upon the date of delivery.
  • Share images/ videos of the product in full view with the defect clearly visible.
  • Share image of the UID label (Barcode Sticker) attached to the product.
  • Share images of the packaging with the shipping label visible.
